€80 Million Turnover Added in 2 Years via Pure Leaf Launch

1. The ROI of Design: A New Industrial Standard

To launch Pure Leaf, we needed industrial brewing kettles. I engineered a "Third-Party Co-Manufacturing" bridge, securing an external factory to produce the first two years of stock using "Hot Fill" PET technology.

3. The "Daybreaker" Digital Pivot

For the UK launch, we created The Lipton Daybreaker: early-morning alcohol-free rave parties. We cut content in real-time for social media, achieving 12 million views without traditional TV spend.
